I am noticing a similar problem when using the Sound Tower Library
feature.  It seems that once I store a patch into the libray, that the
tempo and clock divide will change to the program default settings not
the actual patch settings.  Is this normal?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
