Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I just purchased a evolver yesterday and have ran down to local radio
shack for a y-adapter (2 mono signals > stereo output) but ended up
needing to get 2 adapter for 1/8 to 1/4 , i rather have a y-adapter w/
1/4 from the start.. does anyone remember the item number at
radio-shack or any other store/solution that could carry this adapter.

just not into having more stuff than i need.. ended up paying $13.00
for all..

any help would be appreciated.. thank you
