I have a mono desktop and have decided to spend some money and get 5 more voices so I can have 6 voices to use via a midi guitar controller (axon ax100 mkii).
First I have a simple question, I am sure the answer is positive but I do need to check with some people who know more than me. If I get a setup with 6 voices (seel below) each voice can use a different midi channel cant it? Basically I need 6 channels each with its own pitchbend info.
I have worked out three was to get my 6 voices, all prices in English pounds:

So the poly rack and another desktop is my cheapest option, but I would quite like one of the keyboards.
I would end up paying and extra £320 to get the poly keyboard over the mono keyboard, I can see I get an extra couple of octaves, but there also seem to be more knobs. What can you do with the poly keyboard controls that you cannot do with the mono keyboard?
Also if I get a keyboard and have the 6 voices on separate midi channels and I twiddle a knob does it update the patches on all channels on the different devices?
Any help would be really appreciated.
