Well, SoundTower is free, so just download it and try it. If it fits your needs, you're all set. But there's a misconception about "paying for beta testing" with Vyzor. It's paying for full version 1.0 and a free upgrade to 2.0 when that version is eventually released with additional features, and you get to play with the almost fully-developed beta version and provide feedback to the developers in the meantime. SoundTower doesn't recognize my PEK, so I use Vyzor.
