I must admit so far I'm absolutely loving it as a stand alone ambient 
loop creater - so much fun - but, yeah, I agree it could be tricky to 
jam with. I've got a plan to try to use it just for really simple 
repeated riffs so have all the oscilators turned down, enter the riff 
in with no sound then turn them up and tweak as needed. Hopefully 
will work.

I had one - a lovely sounding synth with an amazing sequencer but I 
had some issues with it in my setup for some reason so had to get rid 
of it unfortunately. The person I jam with uses a 777 so we've still 
got the FR sound.

I haven't found out how you change note lengths yet - I thought the 
sequencer was just on/off/rst.

Thanks again for the info. I'll let you know if I succeed in using it 
as planned. It sounds so good and is so easy to use for other things 
I'm not bothered now if it doesn't work out for jamming.
