Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Hello to the group.

I have a desktop Evolver which I am very fond of.  I also have a M-Audio Oxygen 8
keyboard which doesn't track very well with it. It's almost as though it can't keep up if 
I play it fast. Is this a problem with the Oxy 8 or the Evolver?  Is there some parameter I have 
to change?

I was wondering what other owners here use to control their desktop or rack Evolvers.
I saw this guy on YouTube using a Nord Modular 2 GX control it, which looks like
fun, but I don't have that kind of bread.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you!
