yes you can turn a knob 1 click to see it's setting w/o editing.

and you can 'arpegiate' with the sequencer.

the MEK is pretty much the MED with a keyboard and more knobs.
they have the same engine.
same with the PEK as far as I can tell.
(minor differences)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
