Lovely job, thanks for your help I shall take a look here.
Im thinking this is a software work around and there's no way of doing
this via hardware midi sequencer? 
I had visions of programming 64 step sequences for each oscilator via
monomachine with the 4 evo 16 step internal sequencers routed to
pulse/filter/fm and the like... would be very nice but after reading
manual/fidling Im not sure it can be done.
Maybe I'll have to go software....

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
