so How do you get this encoder swap through DSI?--is it discretely hidden on their site as  "service 'repair payment'" ? 

 but you have to send $100 per board then get a $75 refund per board. If vthat is it, Its not well described on the DSI site-- in fact, VERY OBSCURE.and provides little instruction
