Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Dear
 I ve tried several times to create a deep round bass with the mono evolver but I did never really succeded. I ve tried to use the two Dig OSC one with sine one with square, low cut filt, a bit of distorzion etc. but it always sound weak,, mhhh.. is evolver not god at deep bass stuff or do I miss somethinh? 
Any suggestion?
