It's just stuck in the programming matrix in the osc 1 section because there was space there for it. The lines enclosing groups of parameters are actually there for a reason! :-P Speaking of not so good parameter placement in the matrix, there is one other non-osc parameter in the osc2 section which took me ages to find when I first got the synth - key mode.
