Re: [Evolver] Korg WS comparision..

Mind you , I don't own a wavestation nor an evolver but I would be very surprised that they sound similar. Sure they both have wavetables but still... beside that ; a monophonic pad is something wierd 2me
Just throwing my cent in...

Subject: [Evolver] Korg WS comparision..

Hello,

I'm new to this list - this is my first post.. I haven't yet got an Evolver, but I hopefully within a couple of months... I'll sneak around here and learn as much as possible until then..

Now to my question... besides the Evolver I'm also very interested in another synth - the Korg Wavestation. Someone told me that the Evolver could do what the WS could... if so, I'd much rather go for the Evolver (which I probably will, anyway)

Could someone that are used to both machines care to post a comparision or something? I'd be very thankful. Evolver being monophonic isn't an issue at all... but can it do those "evolving" (ahem..) constantly changing pads that the WS can?
