glide only works upon a midi note on event, not as
a sequencer event (I hope this is added to an os update).
So, you can make some glide happen if you have a
sequence running and then use keyboard input to shift the sequence up or down an
interval, at that point, during the brief time before a seqencer track dictates
an oscillator event, if that oscillator has a glide amount, it will glide
towards the key you pressed.
An example of this effect is a short sequence (that
may or may not be in the shipping evolvers) but which I recorded and is here: http://www.davesmithinstruments.com/Sounds/set3/13raviseq02.mp3 you
can hear the one osc gliding during wide interval changes near the end of the
clip.
The only other psuedo glide effect i worked out so
far is in patch two of the more recently shipping evolvers. Patch 1 is the
original 10/8 sequence and patch 2 is a wilder version of that that seems to
have a glide happening. What it is, if I remember correctly, is envelope 3, (or
perhaps lfo) set to pitch of an osc or two and executing an octave or so pitch
shift at the begining of note-on hits and perhaps the env depth amount is
sequenced too so the "slide" appears rhythmically instead of always. Anyway
check that patch for the psuedo glide effect in a sequence.

Does Glide work on patches played with the sequencer? I can't seem to
get glide to make any difference. Perhaps the trigger select has to
be different?
Also, is there a way to alter Gate time? I can't see it, but I have
missed a couple of other obvious points.
