Zinoff kindly shared an Excel based graphic waveform editor, Vincent 
(noiseswapper) is also working on a graphic waveform editor, and I 
have a (yet to be released) Evolver<->.WAV converter utility.  With 
my utility, the .WAV files must already be 128 samples in length;  it 
will not alter the length of longer waveforms.  Getting an existing 
(longer) waveform down to exactly 128 sample length requires that you 
calculate the EXACT number of cents to pitch shift your original 
waveform in your audio editor.  This gets a little tedious if you 
have a lot of them to do.

As I stated previously, I have four banks of user waveforms (32 
waveforms per bank = 128 total) that I'll be sharing with everyone 
soon.
