Yeah, but the Evolver's actually rather rare in that it has quite a few truly awesome presets -- soooo many great synths come _completely_ filled up with presets that make them sound horrible (and it usually doesn't seem to take more than about 10 minutes of tweaking to make something better). Anyway, I'm grateful for the less-than-stellar ones, as it's always a bit hard to delete a great preset to make room for one of my own lame patches... > Dave has talked about upgrading the factory presets, and I expect that > will happen before too long.
