The first step I would suggest would be to start with a blank, initialized patch. Check the manual, because I can't remember where the INIT patch is saved in the presets (seems like it was the last patch in the first bank). Then, see if the ADSR is still behaving that way. When you experienced the problem, were you only checking out one particular patch? Did you try tweaking other presets?
