I think the 1402 aux sends have already been "mono-ised" to get true stereo sends you'll have to use two mono channels on the mixer, say 1 & 2, send synth out L to 1, synth out R to 2. then pan 1 hard L and 2 hard R send direct out 1 to fx in L send direct out 2 to fx in R set fx out to 100% wet send stereo fx out to a stereo channel say 13/14 and balance the wet/dry signal using the channel 1/2 for dry, 13/14 for wet this also has the benefit of letting you apply Eq and further fx to the fx'd signal but not the dry :) so you can say use an external delay, return it to a stereo channel, Eq it and apply reverb to the delay only by using the aux send/return on the fx channel (13/14 in the above eg) OR if you can take using the FX unit only for the one synth send fx stereo out to aux return 1 (which should be stereo if its the same as the 1202 which i have) very few project size desks will have stereo aux sends, and most larger desks will use sep channels for the fx loop/s anyhows..... __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
