Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Has anyone tried a Novation Remote 25 with their evolver?  It looks
like the perfect physical controler for the synth, though You may need
to setup more than one bank for all the parameters.

I got a remote 25 and an evolver, but havn't used the
two together yet.
to tell the truth sysex scares me, having to write
code to be packeted up n'stuff.  
I swore off poking around fifteen years ago, but it
seems like it's finally time to fall under the sysex
hex. 
If any one could point me in the right direction for
some starters info, I'd be muchly happy

If it comes off, I'll do something about sharing the
template.
