Just got my Evolver today.  This little box is going to be sooooo 
much fun!

Has anyone created a "blank" patch that has every value set to zero?  
It's cool tweaking presets, but it's also cool to start out with a 
blank slate (if the Evolver is even capable of being "blank," in the 
philosophical sense, is debatable).  This might be a good thing to 
put into the files section here . . .

Mine came with a couple of loose-page inserts that explain a little 
about the organization of the patches in each bank. One of them (I 
think mine was blue) mentions a "basic" patch with most parameters 
zero'd out. I think it's Patch 128 in Bank 2, but I don't have he 
piece of paper in front of me at the moment...
