Yes, you can dump/load patches from/to the Evo and Poly in SysEx
format. There are a number of patches available here in the "Files"
section of the Yahoo group, and two very large collections of patches

Note that most of the available patches were made and posted before
OS2 was available, so they don't have the actual patch names stored
in the SysEx files. I've been meaning to post an updated version of
our "Evolutionaries" soundset that does include patch names. Seems
there's never enough time to get everything done...
