Can you tell me a little bit about how you set up the drum sounds? It sounds like more than one slot for them. Hi Scott, I used the following sounds in the track: http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/4tothe.mp3 http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/4tothepower.mp3 http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/4tothebreak.mp3 These are Poly Sequence multis, means one note triggers a multi with 4 different sequence patches that were prepared to play together in a loop. http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/backbeat.mp3 Thats a single Evolver patch http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/perc.mp3 A multi with 2 patches http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/popcorn.mp3 These are 2 of the 4 patches from my Popcorn factory multi ;) Finally for a few breaks and fills some Evo toms, rides and snares that were sampled and played from a softsampler in Cubase: http://www.trippler.net/files/pek/drums/sampled.mp3 If you're interested in the samples, they can be downloaded from my hp. The patches that were used for the drum multis can be downloaded from Dave Smiths site. Regards Stefan ----- Original Message -----

Ahhh, so it's a multitracked PEK example, not just the solo PEK. I was wondering ;) Your drum sounds are cool! I've been working on a live set with a Monomachine SFX-6 and a tabletop Evolver. The Evolver is still new, and I'm not quite sure where to put it in the mix. It sounds so great, though. It's begging to take center stage.
