I just did this exact same thing a few days ago. Mine is not complete. but i will test yours and cross reference ideas. On the top I went with Amp A,D,S,R then Filt A,D,S,R. On the bottom section, I went with osc freq (1,2,3,4), then LP filt freq, res, env amt and split. Next row is osc shape (1,2,3,4) then HP cutoff, feedback freq, fb level, distortion, next row is osc level (1,2,3,4) then FM 4>3, FM 3>4, RM 4>3, RM 3>4.
