If you are working from existing patches you might want to look at the third envelope or the "virtual patchcord" sections to see if you have a mod source with a oscfreq destination. If you do, turining it off or down might solve the problem

I have had my new P.E.K now for almost three days and I love it. I
have a few vintage analog sizers so creating sounds on the P.E.K is
easy. There is only one thing that is a bit annoying. I don't know if
I'm doing something wrong or if it should be like this:

I don't know how to explain it but sometimes (quit often) when I hit
some notes it seams to be a little glide on the sound. Like the pitch
is sliding in the beginning of the note. First I thought I was running
out of polyphony so I turned down the release on all envelopes but
notes are still sliding. Why?? It is very irritating if you want a
clean sound. (Yes I have Glide turned down on the oscillators.)

Anyone knows why the P.E.K slides?

Kind regards
Demokid

Hi!

Thankx for the help guys/girls. I'm using the "Basic patch" and I
have checked the Env3, the "Direct" mod-section they are all Off or
Zero.

That's not normal behavior then. Get in touch with DSI.

shot in the dark:
is your controller sending 'all notes off' or similar strange midi
control-change between notes?

because my (unsolved) problem with the juno106-controlling-evolver
includes unwanted sliding-type sounds...

sorry if that was irrelevant, just throwing it out there

I have the Keyboard version so I use PEK's own keyboard. I have
checked if there something with MIDI like e.g. "Local On" so that
two voices are trigged but I haven't find anything strange in the
MIDI config. The PEK is not connected to MIDI yet but it soon will..

Thanks for the help.
