Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I am very new to the nitty gritty of midi, I have up to this point
been able to coast happliy without having to get into how to find this
info, that being said, how do you find what the actual NRPN's are for
the Evolver.  I am trying to put together a .ins file for Cakewalk,
and this is starting to drive me up the wall, as there are several
different lists given for Midi parameters in the back of the manual. 
Support recomended that I use Sysex data for the ins file, but I have
not even the slightest clue how to do this.  Any help would be very
appreciated!
