keeping midi sync when switching programs

keeping midi sync when switching programs

2007-05-02 by trommersanssoleil

hi all...

i'm using the desktop evolver in a live set where it's receiving midi clock data from an mpc. it
seems to me that when i have the evolver's sequencer running and i switch programs (again
on the evolver) it mucks up the midi sync...does anyone else have this problem, and can
anyone think of a solution other than stopping/restarting the master clock to re-establish
sync ?

thanks !

do you hold the shift key when you change the program? by doing this
the evolver will change the program on the next bar when you release
the shift key. this very nice feature is implemented since os2.

regards,
oliver
