after altering the glide settings, i am still
unable to play keys  in quick succesion on my 
m-audio keyboard. how may i change this?

is it because it's monophonic, i'd read somwhere
that with tweaking this can be overcome. thanks

Check that your POLY CHAIN parameter is set to "OFF".  I had this same
problem and I just about pulled all of my hair out over it. :-)
