Evolver sampler size

Evolver sampler size

2008-02-11 by Bike

Hi all,
I'm new here. I have some questions about the
Evolver:
1. Can we use the audio input as the additional
5th oscillator for being used with all 4 oscs?
2. How much is actually the size of the RAM
for the user sampler in it? (kb/mb?)
thank you.

Maybe I've missed something but if I understand the question and the manual correctly,
only wave slots 96-128 are writable, with each slot being 128 samples in length.
That would be 4k of writable memory.

**Attention** Dave Smith if you are reading this, an evolver type module that can sample would be an amazing device

So true...

However, that *may* be one of the features of the LinnDrum II. I know
it is suppose to sample and I *hope* the LinnDrum II Analog can also
process/effect the sampled sounds.

THAT wouuld be THE DEAL!
