Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Hello, 

I'm new to the group and have a poly evolver keyboard although I'm 
thinking of getting the rack instead.  

Anyway, I've been reading a lot about vector synthesis lately which the 
Prophet VS was able to do.  I assume the mutate fuction in the poly 
evolver editor is the same thing, although I have been unable to assign 
a joystick to the mutate controls.  

Does anyone know if this is vector synthesis and also why the joystick 
fuction is not added to the new version of the soundtower software?
