Evolver editor and MPC question

Hi everyone.
I've been trying to work out a connundrum and need some help. I have an evolver keyboard (MEK) and MPC (amongst some other synths/drum machines) and also the soundtower editor. I haven't really used the editor much (mainly because I can do so much editing from the synth itself) but I can't figure out a way to be able to sequence sounds from the MPC and use the editor at the same time. I'm aware the editor needs midi in (for receiving dumps from synth etc) and midi-out (to send data to the synth). If I just use the MEK and editor standalone this is fine but i can't tweak my sounds in conjunction with the rest of my music/tracks that are being sequenced via the MPC. I can't work out how to get the MPC succesfully into the loop without creating potential midi-loops.
I was thinking the following:
Evolver Midi In MPC Midi Out (B1) Clock from MPC, Notes from MPC and edit settings from TM1 Midi Out MPC Midi In For sending knob tweaks to TM1 via MPC and for recording notes to MPC. Midi Through TM1 Midi In MPC Midi In TM1 - Out For receiving edits from TM1/Editor Midi In Evolver Out For receiving notes and knob tweaks from Evolver Midi Out Blofeld Midi Out Evolver Midi In Midi Out MD Midi Out Retro TM1 (USB Midi device) Midi In Evolver Midi Through For receiving knob tweaks from evolver (via MPC) Midi Out MPC Midi In For sending edits from editor to MPC 1 Turn knob on evolver 2 Goes to MPC 3 MPC transmits to Evolver (Wrong!) and via Midi thru to TM1 (Right) 1 Edit on laptop 2 Goes to MPC In 3 MPC throughs to evolver if on B1
Can anyone help me find the best way to set it up? Also, when using the editor, if i turn a knob on my MEK should the editor update automatically? I find that it will only update when I click receive data from synth (this makes sense but I was hoping that the editor would be able to update automatically.
