DEVO service

DEVO service

2009-12-21 by Gavin

Greetings,
Can someone please recommend a person to do a little repair on my DEVO? I'm in the south of England but will post anywhere in the UK.
I have a sticky push-button that is begining to bug me, electronic cleaner & a gentle brush round haven't helped.
Thanks!

Did you check to see if the plastic button was pushed onto the post or seated funny? If so, pull it off and reposition it. That helped me on one occasion.

Thanks man, yes I pulled the button out (gingerly) and back in again - had a blow round inside the hole with an air tube too, but no change. The switch works but I have to give it a bit more of a push and over to one side too.

Thanks!

Think I should get the case off and have a look? =80

Yes. I had to remove the case when I reseated my button. Since the switch itself works you should also be able to tell if the plastic bit needs to be replaced. If so, contact DSI. They seem to be quite helpful in providing replacement parts.
