Yes, I have a 777, and I use the 777's sequencer to drive the 777. I sometimes use the evolver's sequencer to drive my modular synth via a midi/cv converter when I don't feel like dealing with my DAW. Also, regarding the 'limitations' thing, I understand - limitations do drive innovation and invention, not just in the musical world but in EVERY aspect of life. Most of the technologies that have existed throughout human history would not be around if it weren't due to someone trying to overcome a limitation. So I can assure you, and everyone else, that I am fully aware of that. Believe it or not, but I too get creative when confronted by limitations. What I implied was that you can't just throw that statement around without context. Because anything without context can be said about anything without meaning. So, it is better off NOT being said in the first place. When I discovered the issue which I described on the evolver, for myself, a long long long long long time ago I was trying to accomplish something very specific at the time. Something which the evolver should have been able to accomplish. Never the less I worked around the problem and have managed to lead a very happy productive life since then. However! That issue still irks me and I firmly believe that it should have been addressed as a BUG years ago! Now, seriously I would like to bury this subject because it seems as if people are not reading what has been written. -Jim ________________________________
