M-Audio Axiom and Tetra NRPN help needed

Hi everybody, that's my first post here! I would like to assign some NRPN to my Axiom 25 but i 'm very lost... Could someone please tell me step by step how to do it? If i would like to assign the NRPN for LFO1 amount i read this numbers on the manual: 44 / 39 / 239 / 0-127 but i don't know how to find the corrisponding LSB and MSB numbers. Help, thanks!
