Evolver questions

Hi all, I've been thinking of ordering an Evolver but there are a few questions I have that some of you who own or have played with an Evolver may be able to comment on. Most of these questions relate to the sequencer and some are touched on in the manual and just need clarification. Firstly, how well does Evolver change between sequences (that is, if you have a number of programs that use the same sound but with different sequences). I was wondering if it was feasible to use Evolvers sequencer for live use (ie. stringing patterns together). Does it change smoothly and without any hiccups ? Secondly, how are rests programmed ? Am I right in thinking that the first sequencer "channel" (or row) is always dedicated to this purpose - ie a knob setting of 0 = off. Is it possible to have different clock divisions amongst the different sequencer rows ? cheers Simon And finally,
