Evolver, the icing on my 5 year old song.

Hey Hey, This weekend I finished up a song named "brood" I've been banging on for over 5 years. Over that time there has always been a whole in this song. I've tried all kinds of instrument, electronic ( I have 40+ synths, sorry) and acoustic. I've also had friend try to get something going, and my wife who is a great keyboardist. I had given up on the track. Last week I was adding a few acoustic drum tracks to brood, and had my Evolver sitting in front of me and though I would mess with it a bit. THE FIRST PATCH OF THE FIRST KEY I HIT WAS PERFECT, well except for a little distortion, and aftertouch to amplitude and envelope. Here is the weirdness. The song is in the key of A. The patch was bouncing from A to C and gave the song a great minorish feel. The tempo of the song is 80 bpm and the tempo of the patch synced up perfectly without even using a midi clock. Freakin' Cool. So after all this ramblin' here is a rough, mix of the song. http://www.spleem.com/dkmp3/brood.mp3 The Evolver sound is the swirling distortion on the sides. It swells in between words and verses. You can't miss it.. Once again this is a rough mix (Dry Vocals). Mp3 128k kills this song. I'd love some feedback, especially if it is negative. The project name is "dk; dark" soon, ken
