Yes, you can store direct to PC. At DTXpessions, we have a program 
called DTXchange that you can download to receive data from your 
module. It was designed for the DTXpress, but it should work for the 
DTXTIIS as well. The manual should explain how to back up and 
exchange specific data to an external device.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
