And you are right...the bar pads are less responsive overall.
I'm using a pintech bar pad and it works fine though I had to tweak the settings (as suggested by Vivien.)

It's maybe a trigger problem. If the existant settings that you can chose in the trig menu(called BP) are not good, try to change the minimum velocity(MVel) in the trig menu but you will lose dynamics. Otherwise, increase the volume of your samples. You can put the volume of the channel 10 to the max in the song displayed below your kit name.Does it work?NB: Be carefull that there are no attenuation on the 9/10 entry. Maybe there is a mechanichal setting on your pad.----- Original Message -----From: DrummerB0ui@...Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2001 6:34 PMSubject: [DTXpress] BP10 barI know some of you out there are using the BP10 Dual Trigger bar. I need to know if there is a way to increase the output volume on the bar? I have set up voices on the bar but cannot get the volume to go loud enough to be heard through the PA system.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
