Use a shorter stick in that hand. :-) I couldn't resist.

Subject: [DTXpress] Intro plus ergonomics question

Hi

I've just joined, and a week ago got a new DTXPRESS III, so I'm smiling.

I'm wondering about ergonomics. I'm 6'6" tall and feeling a little
cramped while playing, so I wondered if anyone knew of any good
resources about how to lay out the pads. I'm particularly having a
problem with the snare position. I tend to keep catching my balls with
the other end of the stick, which obviously might help me reach a
falsetto in the backing vocals, but doesn't help when I have to run
from the adoring fans.

The snare is obviously too close to me, but it doesn't go further back
because of the position of that red angled support bracket thingy.

Whaddyaknow?

J
