Re: I Need A Quick Tutorial

2004-11-19 by Dennis

Hey OGD... Thanx a million... I checked out the sister site and am
totaly excited... I have a couple more questions and they're
probably going to make some of you laugh... I can't tell if my
computer has a MIDI connection... I looked at the back of it last
night and the only connections for sound are the 1/8" mic, speakers &
headphone jacks... There is an empty connection label "seriel" My
son told me that my sound card is built into the motherboard on my
computer... If the serial port will not work for the MIDI connection
do any of you guys know if I can add another sound card to my
computer with a MIDI connection... I do have an available slot... I
just don't know if it would work with an existing sound card...

Once again I appreciate your time...

Dennis.....
