There are a few mavericks, like the Pearl square rack that I use, 
but, by and large, the round ones are the same size. Many people who 
want to diminish the flimsy feel of the stock racks and mounts from 
Yamaha and Roland upgrade with Gibralter hardware. But shoot Ed 
Morin, or one of his staff, a call or email; they'll set you 
straight. No one else in this entire game is as well equipped and 
well informed as Mr. Morin is.
