Hi Tris,

Welcome to the group. I can only think of one way for you to make 
three successive sounds on one pad--using, as you suspected, Pad 
Song. At the bottom of our home page, you'll see a link for 
dtxpressions.com.  Follow it and click on Tips and Tricks. Go down to 
the 19th item, Walking Bass Line. If I'm not mistaken, you might be 
able to adapt this procedure to your needs, substituting your sampler 
for the MIDI keyboard. Let us know how it comes out.
