Hello Jerald.

I have the KX1200 myself, and I've had this amp for over a year now.  I really
like this amp, as it's loud, solid, and tight.  It's a true 3-way amp with a
strong power supply that controls that subwoofer tightly and accurately.  I
looked at a 12" Roland amp priced at the same level and found it couldn't handle
the lower frequencies without "bottoming out" (voice coil clanging on the magnet
in the back).  The 15" Roland amp I saw didn't seem quite as punchy, even though
at a hgher price.  Warning, though - the KX-1200 is a heavy amp for its size to
carry around.
