Re: Transfering All Drum Samples Into Computer Daw?

2005-04-26 by zapaxe

Actually, I haven't really noticed a machine gun effect with either my
DTX I or II modules, though I do get double triggers (on one hit) on
my snare.
But working with the DTXpress set within my Cubase DAW certainly has
many advantages, mostly because of using an interface on screen, and
is so intuitive to work with. And of course the endless possibilties
with using the best drum samples available.
For now I'm in the learning stage & experimenting with lesser
softwares, but something like BFD or DFHS looks mighty interesting for
my future! :)

I agree about the snare samples. The DTXpress has some good ones. You
might be able to use your software to give them more body or eliminate
the machine-gun effect.
