Actually, I haven't really noticed a machine gun effect with either my DTX I or II modules, though I do get double triggers (on one hit) on my snare. But working with the DTXpress set within my Cubase DAW certainly has many advantages, mostly because of using an interface on screen, and is so intuitive to work with. And of course the endless possibilties with using the best drum samples available. For now I'm in the learning stage & experimenting with lesser softwares, but something like BFD or DFHS looks mighty interesting for my future! :) Steve "emf" <liberatusvirus@y...> wrote: I agree about the snare samples.
