Hello group! This is my first post as I have just bought the DTX III SE. I'm not very experienced in midi setup, so here's my issue... I want to connect the edrums to my pc and use them in cubese. So I'll use a midi cable right? Haven't tried yet but I was thinking about the playback. I know I can send midi notes to cubase and then my pc will play whatever sample I assign (e.g. NI Battery). But what do I need to do if I want to record a midi track and then hear my pc play the DTX kits? I don't want to use the audio stereo outputs as I want to be able to edit my drum tracks afterwards and also keep my drum sounds separated on each track... I hope you understand my bad english. ^__^ And thank you guys.
