Hi, No extra trigger input's??? HUH!?!? You didn't see the 9/10 trigger inputs? These are split by the use of a stereo type male 'Y' connector on one end end to 2 mono females on the other end for instance...Then you plug in two mono pads to the female ends. There are other ways & cofigurations, that others may be of help, but that's the basics. I didn't see if you were adding dual trigger or single trigger cymbal pads. I myself went nutty adding extra cymbal & drum pads on my original DTXpressI kit. I also added rack extentions to accomodate all my trigger pads. What I also did was buy a DTXpressIII module for a 2- module set-up. With the 2nd module, I can have extra cymbal & drum pads all day long. Furthermore, I have 2 single kick trigger pads with two pedals (one to each module) and a dual Hi-Hat set-up (one to each module, but controlled by a single Hi-Hat controller pedal, split by a custome splitter cable I made in which I can have two hi- hat sounds at one time! In addition I also bought a 3rd module, an Alesis DM Pro that I've not yet implemented into my system :O Steve --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, "ewiget41056" <ewiget@r...> wrote: > > On my dtxpress III, I added two additional cymbals (for a total of 2 > crashes, a ride, and a china) plus an extra tom pad for a total of 4 > toms by using stereo cables - its in the book.
