Thanks for your time Zapaxe. If I said "Did that" to just about everything you said, where would that leave us. I am not at my DTX module, but to play midi, I have to set it to External on the MIDI editing screen and then the rest of the steps. Let me be clear. I have initialized, I have followed pages 42,92,110 and 118 in the manual. Even followed the MIDI section starting on page 129. I am no stranger to Midi and the Computer. I am not too savy with the DTX and what proceedures I have to do from initialization to have it play in sinq. Currently I am using my Roland Keyboard or an old AKAI GM sound module for the drum beats I have programmed and fed into my DAW (digital work station). I love the tones the DTX has and would like to use them. Did I lose you?
