Did you get the manual for it when you picked it up? Which brain unit did it come with (was it a DTXpress III)? I bought a set this past holiday season (the IIIsp set). The single-zone pads are nice for the Toms but I see that the Tom inputs allow for Rim-triggering too. So, I've been searching eBay for replacements. You can replace single- zone pads with two or three zone pads from what I can tell. I'm going to pick up a TP80S and possibly one or two TP65S pads to give it a try. I'm also considering a Y-cable and splitting input 9/10 into two and running either a 4th Tom or another cymbal or other trigger. I think it depends on what your brain is - if needed, go to this site and there should be downloadable manuals there. http://www.dtxperience.com/dox.php - JM --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, "danc12554" <danc12554@y...> wrote: > > While wondering around at a yard sale,I found a DTXpress set for sale, > scooped them up for a great price were missing a pad and one does not > work all the time but a great set and it saved my marriage.
