Thanks for the web site. I ended up doing something
similar. Except I used a piece of 1 1/2" wood dowel.
Painted it a semi flat black and ended up with the
same thing. You can't tell the difference unless you
look at the ends or take the pieces apart. They weigh
a bit more. But not much. Thanks again for the help
