Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi, I own a DTXpress III.
Can anybody shed some light on why the sound of my kick drum drops
out when hitting the cymbals or toms at the same time?

Is this a factory fault or is it as simple as adjusting my settings?

Could someone respond to this problem?
