Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Greetings:

Thanks for all recommendations on a cushy throne.  I think I will look 
seriously at the Roc N Soc.

Next on my list is a Double Kick!

What is the best way to go:

A second pad and pedal and chain them electrically -- Pad to Pad, or 
split an input?

Or go with a real double kick like the Yamaha DFP9410 Flying Dragon, 
etc.
