Have faith! My DTXPress II had this same problem. With a little patience and a twiddling of various parameters (refer to the user manual), the problem was cured. Interestingly - I was talking to a guy in a shop the other day who was bringing his DTXPress II unit in for repair, suffering the same problem. He said that a dry-soldered joint had come loose. A dob of solder and hey presto! Worth a look? Mark
